1. General reference information only

The Site organizes label information and manufacturer-published data for dog food sold in Japan. It is provided for general informational and comparison purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, an individualized nutritional assessment, or an individualized feeding plan. Your use of the Site does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship or any other professional relationship.

A food’s suitability and feeding amount can depend on age, weight, activity, pregnancy or lactation, medical history, medication and allergies. Consult a licensed veterinarian and the manufacturer before making decisions for a dog with an illness, suspected allergy, prescribed diet or other special need.

2. Emergencies

If a dog has difficulty breathing, altered consciousness, seizures, suspected poisoning or foreign-body ingestion, repeated vomiting or diarrhea, blood in stool, sudden weakness, or any other potentially urgent sign, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not delay professional care while searching or relying on the Site.

3. Accuracy, translations and changes

We aim to identify the source and verification date of product data. Nevertheless, manufacturers may change formulas, names, package sizes, labels and packaging, and retailers may change price, stock, shipping, points and other conditions. Transcription, categorization and translation errors may also occur. We do not warrant that information is complete, accurate, current, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose.

English text is a convenience aid. The original Japanese label has not been replaced by an official English label. Before purchasing or feeding, verify the physical package, the manufacturer’s latest Japanese information and the retailer’s current terms. If the Site conflicts with the current package or manufacturer notice, rely on those current primary materials.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING INFORMATION BEFORE ACTING ON IT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, RELIANCE ON CONTENT, AN EXTERNAL SITE, A PRODUCT OR A TRANSACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGE MAY OCCUR.

Where the operator is liable for ordinary negligence, liability is limited to direct and ordinary loss actually and reasonably incurred from the relevant use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence and any protection that mandatory consumer law gives you.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Rights in the Site’s original writing, editing, design, data arrangement and software belong to the operator or the applicable rightsholder. Product names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, redistribute or sell Site content, disrupt the Site through automated access, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

10. Changes and availability

Subject to applicable law, the operator may reasonably change the Site, these Terms or the method of providing the service, and may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site. Material changes will be posted on this page. Updated Terms apply when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Except where mandatory law requires another forum, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the Site. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent possible. If the English version conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
